Hessen Digital Radio GmbH extends broadcasting network further
The extension of the Hessen-wide broadcasting network for digital radio is continuing to make progress: on July 22, the Hessian broadcasting operator, Hessen Digital Radio GmbH (HDR) put four new transmitters for the Hessen-wide VHF band into operation at the following locations: Alsfeld, Bad Hersfeld, Marburg and Schlüchtern.The main purpose of the new transmitters is to increase the stability of the existing network and improve the quality of reception in the individual regions.
